Green Key is the international quality mark for sustainable companies. Companies with a Green Key quality mark do everything they can to save the environment.

We are committed to responsible and sustainable handling, and we work with reliable local suppliers. Our meat and bread products are largely organic. The sustainable use of products also applies to the drinks menu. Our coffee and tea are organic and fair-trade, we also serve various organic wines.
